Sad news from the singer Dimitris Mitropanos

Dear Greek music lovers,

It is always a regretful experience to give such news about the artists we admire, but unfortunately today, Dimitris Mitropanos, who is one of the greatest musical characters ever throughout the history of Greek music, has passed away. It was known that he had been experiencing severe health problems for the past few years, but such a news is still sudden, shocking and heart-breaking. We remember him singing joyfully along with our beloved Manolis Lidakis and Babis Stokas in 2008 - 2009 in Kentro Athinon, and we will always remember him as such.
